In 2021 global cybersecurity unfilled positions are estimated to reach 3.5 million. As of  September 2020, there are 1 million U.S. professionals employed in cybersecurity related professions. Yet, according to the (ISC)2 Global Information Security Workforce  Study 25% of security workers represented minority backgrounds. Women account for  only 24% of the workforce.
