A mindset shift is needed for organizations to bring a diverse talent into the organization with no college degrees or any technical experience in cybersecurity. The India Chapter is the newest addition to NextGen Cyber Talent, and the board is dedicated to expanding our mission globally. By tailoring programs to the unique challenges and opportunities in the region, the India Chapter aims to empower underserved communities with the skills and access needed to thrive in cybersecurity careers.

What's new in the India Chapter
The India Chapter of NextGen Cyber Talent is currently in development, bringing our mission to empower underserved communities to a new global audience. This chapter will focus on enhancing the skills of individuals in the field of cyber security across the country. This initiative aims to address the growing demand for cyber security professionals by providing training, resources, and certification programs.
Programs may include workshops, online courses, boot camps, and hands-on labs to ensure practical experience. The initiative also emphasizes awareness and education at community level, targeting students, professionals and small business owners to equip them with essential cyber security knowledge. By fostering a skilled workforce, the chapter aims to enhance India’s overall cyber resilience and contribute to a safer digital environment.
